Using A Rule To Make A Number Sequence

This term for maths I have been learning to use a a rule to make a number sequence as in given a rule written in words, a number sequence can be created. Remember that the numbers of a sequence can be called terms.
I found this task a little bit challenging but I think that this is important to learn as it helps us understand what using a rule to make a number sequence means. I think I need to work on understanding what using a rule to make a number sequence means and how to put it into number sequences. I would like to know about what the terms for the sequences are.

    Hi Brooklyn, I loved how you explained words like term. This reminds me of term one when we did algebra in my year 5/6 class at Wesley Primary. What advice would you give my students to get ready for maths at Wesley Intermediate?
